My purpose is to empower individuals to rediscover their potential by unlearning their habituated programming and living life with intention and choice.

I am here to create a supportive and challenging space for people to unfold. I am passionate about helping people address their inner game so they can live their lives with intentionality.

​I have over 25 years of experience in the Technology industry across hardware and software systems.

 I am an accredited Integral+ Coaching Professional Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and Master practitioner. I also bring the lenses of the Enneagram, Meta Coaching and Integral theory into my own personal development and services.

I am also committed to my own development and unfolding as a human through my own coaching, further learning and exploration.

Since 2018 I have come to understand Growth is an ongoing process, and potential is only limited by ourselves.
